Priority and predictability thanks to SLA
Optional SLA provides access to shorter lead times, reserved production capacity and a project supervisor. Available as an extra charge or subscription.
Full responsibility for each batch
We process complaints within 5-10 business days. In case of non-compliance, we provide batch correction or replacement of defective parts — hassle-free.
Constant monitoring and delivery documentation
Each batch includes a QC and traceability report. Critical measurements, photos, as well as CMM and mechanical tests are available upon request.

Shortened lead times and capacity reservation under SLA – even from 24 hours.
SLA gives priority in the production queue. Express orders are completed within 24-48h, standard ones according to the established schedule. This eliminates delays and guarantees capacity availability.

The basic report includes traceability and photos of parts. Upon request, we perform CMM measurements, mechanical tests and dimensional validation.

Complaint procedure with batch correction
In case of non-compliance, we react quickly. Complaints are processed within 10 days, and if confirmed we make corrections or replace the batch.
