Small-batch production
Flexible small-batch production ready for rapid implementations
Flexible small-batch production ready for rapid implementations
Short production runs
We manufacture functional parts in batches from 1 to 1000 pcs. No molds, fast and with consistent parameters.
On-demand printing
You order when you need — no need to maintain inventory levels and no risk of frozen capital.
Fast product iterations
Test, improve, implement. Short runs allow dynamic product development without the costs typical of molding.
Small-batch production - process
Customer onboarding
Simple and fast implementation process – from CAD file to finished batch. We analyze the design, advise on technology, and deliver proven components from just a few pieces.

Time that counts in product development
Implementation from 24 hours – no waiting, no quality compromises.
We deliver single prototypes in 1–3 working days small series (10–200 pcs.) from 2 days, and larger batches (200–1000 pcs.) from 4 days. Deadlines depend on scope but we always operate quickly and predictably.

Cost optimization
Usually the profitability threshold for 3D printing compared to injection molding starts from several hundred pieces — depending on geometry complexity and dimensions.
Additionally, in additive manufacturing you don't have to freeze capital in tooling, which significantly reduces investment expenses.

Step 01
High quality without molds and tools
MJF technology enables manufacturing precise parts without using injection molds. This means no tooling costs and faster start of production without quality compromises.

Step 02
Quick transition from design to finished part
From sending the CAD file to receiving the finished batch can take just a few days. It is an ideal solution for companies that want to efficiently implement new products or test variants.

Step 03
Uniform quality and high repeatability
MJF technology ensures consistent structure and mechanical properties of parts in every batch. Thus every series – regardless of quantity – meets the same quality and dimension standards.

Step 04
Profitability from just a few pieces
Small-batch production in MJF eliminates the need to invest in molds, which significantly lowers the profitability threshold. Unit costs are predictable even at low volumes from a few to several hundred pieces.

SLA and delivery quality guarantees
Every order can be covered by SLA, which defines service priority, quality parameters, and execution rules. This ensures deadlines and transparency of cooperation — even for short runs.
For priority orders we offer shortened lead times (even by 48h) within a subscription or one-time premium option.
We guarantee full responsibility for batch quality, the possibility to file complaints, and their review within 5 working days. If needed, we implement corrections so that every series meets expected standards.

Mass personalization and marking integration
We offer serial personalization of elements without affecting unit cost – each component can receive its own identification marking.
We perform serial numbering, QR codes, ID or RFID tags, which we integrate with the client's warehouse system. Markings can be added already at the printing stage or applied in post-production, facilitating tracking, servicing, and logistics of each part.
Types of surface finishes
MJF 3D printing at COSMOLD is a solution for companies valuing flexibility, short lead times, and high quality. We support both startups and large industrial plants.

Uncleaned sample
Raw surface, without powder removal after printing. Rough, porous, and matte — perfect for comparing the machining effect in subsequent post-processing stages.
.jpg&w=3840&q=100)
Cleaned sample
Basic cleaning from powder residues. Retains the natural material color and slightly rough texture. This is a starting point for further finishing steps.

PolyShot Surfacing
Mechanical surface smoothing in the Powershot X system. Provides an even, satin matte finish and improves part aesthetics without affecting dimensions or tolerance.
.jpg&w=3840&q=100)
PolyShot + DeepDye
Combination of cleaning and coloring in DM60 technology. Parts gain an intense, deep color and smooth, durable aesthetic surface.

VaporFuse Surfacing
Advanced chemical smoothing in the Powerfuse S system. The resulting surface is sealed, glossy, and injection-like, providing protection against moisture and dirt.

VaporFuse + DeepDye
Smoothing and coloring in one process. Elements achieve the highest class of aesthetics and resistance – smooth, color-saturated, and ready for direct final use.

Assembly of subassemblies and completion of finished components
Besides printing and finishing, we offer assembly, functional tests, and packaging according to client specifications.
We handle assembling elements into complete subassemblies – from pressing bushings, through mechanical assembly, to electronics integration.
Finished sets undergo functional control, are labeled, and packaged individually or collectively – ready for implementation on the production line.
