Step 01

Project analysis and consultation.


Every project starts with file analysis and consultation with engineers who check the model for 3D printing optimization and suggest possible improvements. This gives the client confidence that their project will be executed quickly, precisely, and without corrections.

Step 02

Printing with MJF technology.


Next, printing begins with HP Multi Jet Fusion technology – a process in which the part is created layer by layer, maintaining high accuracy, repeatability, and short turnaround time. It is MJF that combines prototyping precision with mass production capabilities.

Step 03

Postprocessing: sandblasting, smoothing, coloring.

After printing, each part undergoes postprocessing: sandblasting removes powder residues and smooths the surface, and the chemical smoothing process gives it an appearance similar to injection molded plastic. Finally, coloring is applied, giving the product aesthetics and additional durability.

Step 04

Packing and shipping.

The final stage is safe packing and fast shipping. Thanks to efficient logistics, orders – both single prototypes and series of hundreds of parts – reach customers in as little as two days from the project.
